About the job
- Project Management & Strategy developments: Assist in developing and implementing the digital transformation strategy also Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes
- Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and frontline employees, to gain their support and involvement in digital transformation initiatives. Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Responsible for performance monitoring by Contributing to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of digital transformation projects. Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance and impact of initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and implement appropriate measures to safeguard data and systems.
