Job Purpose

• To achieve monthly targets assigned individually and for the team.
• To ensure that all tele sales activities are directed to meeting sales targets.
• To develop and implement tele sales strategies and objectives as well as set challenging sales target and ensure that these targets are achieved.
• To achieve service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns.

To drive cross sell effort.

Key Result Areas

• Analysis of leads received Select.
• Conversion of leads into “Sale”
• Updating all the systems as per the call with the customer.
• Processing of the request or offer given to the customer.
• Constant follow up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customer’s request.
• Handling of all customer issues and resolve the same at the earliest and highlight them to the TL.
• Maintaining all records of the approval, requests and reports handled.

Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.

• Operate in a call center environment.
• Interaction with Team Leader, Product Manager and Inbound / Outbound Management for action and follow up.
• Recommendations to management for process improvement through root cause analysis of problems and recommendations for product / process / procedural changes.
• Real-time crisis management, ownership, and problem resolution.
• Resolve working issues within the team as well as between tele sales and other units.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• University Graduate with 2 years sales experience in FX product.
• Excellent Communication & Analytical skills.
• Strong Sales & Service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
• Good team player with result driven attitude.
