Job Description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting
  • Assisting with (and executing) the termination or resignation process
  • Organizing performance reviews
  • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update databases accordingly
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

Job Requirements

  • previous experience at least 6 months
  • Bachelor degree is must
  • Good Knowledge of MS office
  • Good in English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • classy with a good profile
  • October resident is a must
