Job Description

  • Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for outstaffed employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues faced by outstaffed employees, escalating complex matters to the Outstaffing Manager when necessary.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with outstaffed employees to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with their placement.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with outstaffed employees, providing updates and information as needed.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from outstaffed employees about their experience and provide insights to the Outstaffing Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, issues, and resolutions in the companys database.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new outstaffed employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand company policies and procedures.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure that outstaffed employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and work with the Outstaffing team to implement changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, human resources, or employee relations role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
