Expected Job Role:
- Accounting Functions:
- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Conduct account reconciliations and assist in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Collections Management:
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Implement collection strategies and resolve discrepancies.
- Inventory Management:
- Administer inventory, perform stock takes, and reconcile records.
- Track and report inventory movement.
- Administrative & Coordination Duties:
- Provide general administrative support and manage data entry.
- Coordinate between departments and assist in documentation.
- General Administrative Work:
- Handle office tasks, correspondence, and maintain office efficiency.
- Support management with administrative needs.
