Job Description:
· Providing prompt, respectful, efficient and detailed service by engaging directly with Microsoft customers via chat, calls and emails.
· Adherence to strict policies and processes related to customer privacy.
· Working across the customer service spectrum to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support.
· Being a voice and an advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right.
· Working with customers to understand how they use Microsoft products to respond to their inquiries and maximize their investments.
· Acting as an advocate for our customers by navigating and advising on observed areas for improvements.
· Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
· Assisting with customer communication during Microsoft’s critical launches and support events.
· Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.
· Supporting Microsoft Subscription service.
· Using persuasive skills to offer customers suitable licenses to serve customers’ businesses.
