EVENT MANAGEMENT


Manages the entire marketing events process in terms of:


1-Initiates and follows up the approval process for local events including, sponsorships, conferences, standalones and Bayer led events (as needed) according to the local policies and regulations for all the


therapy areas in the Middle East countries.


 


2-Provides support in initiating and following up the approval process for regional events according to the local policies and regulations.


3-Collects, verifies and archives all pre and post event documentation from event owner for all local events that were initiated by him/her according to the local policies and regulations.






DIGITAL ACTIVATION


4-Coordinates with the digital team to facilitate the execution of all WH digital initiatives.


5-Organizes, supports and tracks with the sales reps the digital requirements for remote e-detailing.


6-Employs online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.






MARKETING OPERATIONS


7-Liaise with the internal stakeholders and MSO on the local monitoring meetings & tools e.g. Business analytics tools, FF KPI tools and Integrated Brand Plans


8-Acts a central point for the data collection and archive of MSO initiatives & CFEx (customer facing excellence) projects e.g. Segmentation & Targeting, Sales Incentive Plan, & Certification/Recertification process.


 


ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT


9- Assists the MMSO team, and if the situation requires to a broader team, on administrative tasks such as: logistical topics such as flight tickets, accommodation, stationary requests, courier and cargo topics, IT issues, vendor meetings and internal meetings 10-Supports in the preparation and follow up of local regulatory documents for promotional material that are requested


11- Collates and uploads all MMSO related contracts on the global contract management system (CLMS)


 


 


WHO YOU ARE
 


University degree.


Previous experience as an assistant or in event management (3-5 years experience is preferred).


Proficient in MS Office Excellent command of the English and Arabic language.


Shows ability to focus on details.


Team player with good communication skills.


Demonstrates workload prioritization and time management.


Motivated self-starter with ability to anticipate needs and be proactive Key competencies: Customer focus, collaboration, plans & aligns, manages complexity.
