The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:


 


Collaborate with non-profit institutions on projects with social impact inside the CSR initiative.
Visit strategic governments and academies showing Networking Academy portfolio.
Conduct Instructor Trainer Qualification process and Technical presentations in IT seminars.
Prepare and participate as instructor in training of trainers sessions.
Collaborate with Academy Partners for the successful implementation of program development activities that support long-term sustainability (e.g. Events, conferences, skills competitions and other).
Collaborate with Cisco employees and partners to implement CSR activities aligned with Cisco focus areas.
Collaborate with Marketing & PR teams to generate adequate awareness of the Academy program success cases and value proposition according to Cisco strategic CSR vision.
 


Suitable candidates will possess the following professional and personal background:


 


Previous experience of teaching in IT educational programs and projects in the private and/or public sector.
Very good communication skills (presentations, teaching, etc.)
Experienced user of virtual communication tools (WebEx, etc.)
Excellent PR and positive customer service attitude.
Strong ICT competence and engineering background.
Experienced Cisco Networking Academy instructor, preferred.
Familiar with distance learning tools and creating distance courses.
Cisco® CCNA Certification or equivalent competence or higher.
Independently working in a team, with a flexible approach, problem-solving skills, dynamic and with entrepreneurial spirit. High ethical standard.
Fluency in English, Arabic, French. Other languages a plus.
Willingness to travel.
