Principal Accountabilities:
Handle the logistics of LSRUs internal and external events and activities.
Handle halls and rooms reservations for LSRU activities.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, printing and mailing
Organize LSRU non-financial related filing and book keeping.
Overseas the management of inventory, maintenance, and office supplies.
Manages and secures office supplies orders on SAP.
Attend meetings and take notes.
Keep records of staff attendance and update the HR module on SAP.
Assist with SAP related tasks as needed.
Handle all travel requests and inquiries.
Prepare various requisitions and forms such as mail, printing and duplicating, car pool and business cards job orders.
Coordinate with translators and editors to ensure that their deliverables are documented.
Monitor the LSRU mail and direct inquiries to the responsible staff members
Communicate with candidates for English programs as needed.
Responsible for sending mass emails and events announcements.
Oversees the LSRUs library future cataloging and in-house use of collection.
Perform other tasks as required by the principal investigator.
Requirements:
Minimum education requirement:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Experience:
Minimum two to three years of administrative experience
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Effective written communications skills
Superb computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Strong command of Arabic and English (both oral and written)
Time management skills
SAP knowledge is a must
Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign and Photoshop)
