Key Responsibilities
Deliver all tasks & projects to Account team within defined SLAs and Quality measurements
Work closely with the Account team in building customers demonstrations
Contribute to proof of concepts preparations & documentation
Respond to RFI / RFP documents
Deliver remote or onsite customer presentations
Assist in leads Qualification, writing proposals & technical documentation
Perform technical configuration requests & address/resolve architecture issues
Create current state technical drawing diagrams
Proactively address the technical solution required to fulfill customer requirements
Help to capture, design & document business processes included in customer requirements
Proactively work on business initiatives to enhance processes


Essential Requirements
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
UNIX, SQL and Oracle Database Knowledge is preferred
Security background is a plus
