You are responsible for:
Marketing Planning / Execution
Supports the Head of Marketing in the marketing planning roll out for market Egypt including Account Based Marketing plans
Consolidates and aligns with the local BMMs & the Head of Marketing, on all marketing activations, events and demand generation activities
Creates and maintains the local marketing calendar based on the overall HS Marketing Plan, BMC enablers & business objectives, including events and digital activities
Manages and maintains the local marketing budget in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
Works with the local BMMs & the Head of Marketing to identify localization requirements and manages the localization of global assets or creation of local assets with local agencies or other parties and ensures local assets are posted with correct meta data according to Legal and Regulatory guidelines and the guidelines of HS Engagement Strategy in the content management system
Tracks MQL-SQL funnel conversion in SFDC working with the digital team & the leads funnel manager
Operations Planning / Support
Work with local management to embed a culture that promotes engagement, ethical conduct, business/sales practices
Design, develop and deliver on cultural change projects
Manage employee communications, working with Group Employee Communications, including, but not limited to: Culture activation, Town Halls, Newsletters, Coffee Corners etc
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in marketing / communication/ Human resources – MBA is a plus
3-5 years of experience in a similar assignment
Fluency in Arabic & English languages, French is a plus
