YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The position holder handles all HR operations matters and ensure to meet local regulations and company standards, to meet all employees requirements.


 


Primary responsibilities of this role include:


The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for or handles employee queries of defined HR processes as well as ensures administrative and coordinative support for other HR related queries. The position owner
Handles HR processes and operational tasks, such as recruiting, for the countries as allocated within the Bayer Middle East country group
Responsible for updating and maintaining data in HR systems (including SAP GHP), within Middle East country group
Supports in process improvement initiatives, within Middle East country group e.g. implementation of new HR systems and in harmonizing internal policies and HR processes in Middle East country group, aligned with local labour law
Handles and promotes efficient delivery of HR processes as well as corresponding interfaces
Proactively identifies service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPIs).
Has clear overview of HR processes, changes, project requests and developments within Middle East country group and supports in coordination as needed.
Ensures contact with HR Experts/Functional Leadership, HR Business Partners and other HR peers and proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of
Supports HR projects if needed.
Provides HR related advice to employees with regards to (new) rules and regulations, throughout Middle East country group.
Ensure compliance and risk management across the organization, HR processes and systems.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as the maintenance of employee records, creation of contracts and letters, archiving on employee files, use of ticketing system to answer employees requests, management of medical insurance.
