Main Responsibilities
Work with the agencies and brand teams on creative content across all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook other relevant platforms.
Publish all content to channels in line with Marketing & Trade calendars whilst remaining agile to product and promotional changes.
Assist with generating creative ideas for social first content including campaign assets, real-time videos and copy.
Assists Social Media Manager with campaign projects, events, and community management.
Engages with influencers on relevant campaigns, provides end to end influencer management.
Engages in social media presence across all platforms to drive brand and assist build community i.e. press, blogs, influencers etc.
Analyze and report on weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including future recommendations to test.
Monitor competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure brand remains relevant.
Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
Manages / works with the agencies on earned media tracking, provides quarterly reports on social presence.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Min 2 - 3 years of Social media experience across IG and FB
Proficiency with social softwares i.e. Facebook business manager / Hootsuite
Passionate about social media, events and influencers.
Problem solving of daily operational activities
Proven track record of on time in full delivery
Networking skills and relationship building skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willingness to learn & proactivity & resilience
Presentation skills
Fluency in English level C1 (written and spoken)
High level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, etc.)
