Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Implement, Operate managed systems in a high level of performance and on-time delivery & Support.
Check day-to-day work & KPIs required keeping the managed systems up, running and supporting the business activities.
Troubleshoot crisis related to the managed systems and Consult vendors when needed.
Provide information for managed systems to other lines of IT support
Coordinate regular meetings with customers at professional level to track complaints, requirements and systems performance

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
BSC of Engineering or Computer science
Minimum 1-2 years IT working experience in managing Microsoft systems & Collaboration products.
Technical Certificates in Microsoft & Non-Microsoft Product related managed systems.
