Role Description:
You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the companys social content
Manage and oversee social media content
Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
Handle all communications with clients online with the ability to provide aid towards any inquiry about a product or a service
Measure the success of every social media campaign through constructive analysis
Define the most important social media KPIs
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Watch for social media trends to be able to implement newsjacking
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Position Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or media-related field
High level of English and Arabic written proficiency
Background Experience:
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Most importantly Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and Mailchimp)
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Most importantly Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and Mailchimp)
Adequate familiarity of web design, web development, and SEO
Behavioral Competencies:
