Responsibility for project documentation.

Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail letters packages etc.)

Generate reports Typing preparing and collating reports.

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Organize meetings and arrange appointments.
