Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Follow up Performance Management processes
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
Holding a postgraduate Diploma or specialized course in HRM
3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Retail field is preferred
It is preferable to live nearby Al-rehab City, Cairo
