About the job
A. Talent Acquisition
1. Ensure that Talent Acquisition plan is supporting the overall strategy of Destination.
2. Develop and consolidate the annual Manpower plan for assigned destination.
3. Create manage and maintain a strong talent pool for immediate hiring of key positions.
4. Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate with OD team to use the assessment tools during the hiring process.
5. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions recruitment of the managerial & Director level positions.
6. Conduct the onboarding process for all newly hired employees in Orascom Development & ensure its implementation across different destinations.
B. Organizational Development
1. Work closely with all employees within assigned destination to ensure the implementation of HR policies and programs enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve employees performance.
2. Ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations.
3. Become the point of contact between the destinations regarding all HR processes systems and practices carried out by HR Department.
4. Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies.
5. Ensure annual training plans are set properly and linked to the headquarters and station training budget.
6. Maintain updates of organization charts and job descriptions for the assigned destinations.
7. Ensure company culture and values are communicated and practiced
C. Learning and Development
1. Act as a business partner for practices related to talent acquisition performance management talent development organizational effectiveness engagement & retention and HR analytics within the assigned destinations.
2. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objective are met.
3. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale increase productivity and retention.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
· Bachelor degree in any related discipline.
· Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the HR field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook.
· Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
· Excellent Organizational skills.
