About the job
Job Purpose:
Accomplish Sales Targets while well representing Hyde Park and its projects portfolio through selling; while maintaining the companys rule and code of conduct.
Key Accountabilities:
· Generating and following up on leads from different channels as per SLA & policies.
· Enhancing and maintaining closing ratios from different channels.
· Presents a neat, professional appearance always and complies with the company dress code.
· Achieving agreed upon sales target.
· Prepare daily reports and send it to direct manager.
· Effectively coordinate with other departments when required.
· Ensure conveying correct project information to clients.
· Make site tours.
· Observe and report to Sales Manager clients feedback.
· Maintaining effective, productive and good relationship with clients and brokers.
· Assist Sales Manager on various tasks when delegated.
· Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge background.
· To demonstrate pride in workplace and high level of commitment, representing the company in the best possible ways.
· Maintaining high level confidentiality.
Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills):
Education: University Graduate (Any specialization).
Years of Experience: 2+ years of Experience in Real-Estate Field
Language: Fluent Command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Computer skills: Proficient usage of MS office suite
