Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager, based in Cairo with frequent Travelling. The BIM Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects. Key responsibilities include managing BIM software, coordinating with project teams, producing and reviewing BIM models, and ensuring project standards are met. The role also involves providing training and support on BIM processes and staying updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications

• BIM management, BIM software proficiency (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) skills
• Experience in project coordination, model review, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in understanding construction documentation and project delivery standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a BIM Manager role or similar position is highly desirable
