Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms, improving the customer experience, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to drive revenue. Tasks include monitoring product performance, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless customer interactions for online shoppers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies, including the ability to navigate and optimize online platforms
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, monitor trends, and assess key performance indicators
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support customer satisfaction and address inquiries effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an e-commerce or sales-focused role is a plus
