Role Description

We are seeking a Product Designer for the International Public Sector team, focused on creating innovative design solutions. As a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, the Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered designs for Juscard's digital platform. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating design prototypes, iterating on design concepts, and ensuring seamless user experiences tailored to the needs of the public sector audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing product designs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and creating user-centered solutions
• Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to inform and enhance design decisions
• Proven ability to create intuitive, functional, and modern user interfaces
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency with design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in designing for digital platforms and public sector products is an advantag
