Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender located in Giza. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar area, and ensuring a friendly and engaging customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include crafting cocktails, taking orders, managing bar inventory, handling cash transactions, and adhering to food and beverage safety standards. The Bartender will work closely with team members to provide a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and address their needs promptly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Bartending and preparing a wide range of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to detail and presentation.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, understanding safe handling and cleanliness standards.
• Competence in Cash Handling, ensuring accurate financial transactions and managing the bar’s cash flow effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and teamwork capabilities.
• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
