Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Client Relationship Specialist. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high level of service quality. The role involves providing customer support, building relationships with clients, managing communication effectively, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service strategies. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and optimize service delivery
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
