The Position
The Product Manager (Continuous Glucose Monitoring = CGM) will contribute towards sustaining and shaping customers accounts with strategic product fit. The role is responsible for CGM Product Lifecycle Management to ensure the availability of the products, to be well prepared and commercially successful with launch of new products and new claim extension across Middle East networks in collaboration with Middle East (customer) Experience sub-function, Middle East functions, Global and EMEA-LATAM team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle management of the CGM portfolio at country level, including product launches, claim extensions, forecasting, pricing guidance, value proposition definition, and third-party product management
- Drive end-to-end commercialization and Go-to-Market execution, ensuring commercial readiness, tender support, and strong cross-functional alignment with Medical, Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Quality teams
- Develop, adapt, and localize marketing strategy, key messages, and assets across channels for HCPs, patients, pharmacists, and retailers, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance
- Enable sales excellence through product, competitive, and value-based training, sales cycle messaging, field engagement tools, and customer presentations
- Lead KOL engagement focused on product education, experience exchange, and best-practice sharing, in close collaboration with the Medical team to ensure compliant stakeholder engagement
- Drive trade marketing and retail execution, including POS development, bundle strategies, and in-store visibility initiatives to support patient acquisition and retention
- Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to optimize positioning, customer engagement, and Go-to-Market effectiveness
- Support industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements, including management of compliant material approval processes and proactive quality alignment
Who You Are
- You hold a university degree in a medical, clinical, or life sciences field. An MBA or equivalent business qualification is considered a plus
- You fulfilled related role(s) in sales, marketing, and/or product management, and have deep understanding of business and commercial processes
- You bring evidence of strong strategic thinking, advanced communication & presentation, planning and organizational skills
- You are visionary and are able to formulate an idea of how CGM can change Diabetes management, and improve patients’ lives
- You bring excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, and timely communication and proven ability to foster and build important relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- You are used to and comfortable with communicating with customers and stakeholders in complex structures and aim to enhance the customer experience
- Your winning and reliable approach make you a natural leader. You demonstrate Roche leadership competencies by acting as a Visionary, Architect, Coach and Catalyst for team members
- You are fluent in Arabic & English
