Job Description

  • Lead and manage all key HR functions, including organizational design, performance management systems, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by finding candidate , scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Designing and implementing performance management systems, analyzing results for actionable insights, and developing training and career plans to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Analyzing key HR performance indicators to support decision-making, improve processes, and contribute to business objectives.
  • making and update employee records (personnel files, contracts, attendance, leave).
  • Manage employee relations and contribute to improving the work environment and increasing satisfaction and motivation.
  • Design and manage a fair and equitable incentive, reward, and benefits system that motivates performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience overseeing comprehensive HR functions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, integrity, and objectivity, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with creative skills that contribute to improving the work environment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, foster teamwork, and guide and develop colleagues.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high performance.
