Job Description
- Lead and manage all key HR functions, including organizational design, performance management systems, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Support the recruitment process by finding candidate , scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding.
- Designing and implementing performance management systems, analyzing results for actionable insights, and developing training and career plans to enhance employee capabilities.
- Analyzing key HR performance indicators to support decision-making, improve processes, and contribute to business objectives.
- making and update employee records (personnel files, contracts, attendance, leave).
- Manage employee relations and contribute to improving the work environment and increasing satisfaction and motivation.

- 2 to 6 years of experience overseeing comprehensive HR functions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, integrity, and objectivity, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and management.
- Proactive problem-solver with creative skills that contribute to improving the work environment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, foster teamwork, and guide and develop colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high performance.
