Job Description

• We are looking for a Cost Control Engineer to join our team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor project cost control plans.
• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and review them.
• Analyze direct and indirect costs and assign cost centers.
• Prepare reports comparing estimated vs. actual costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor project financial status, schedules, and change orders, and update budgets accordingly.
• Prepare price comparison reports and coordinate to control costs.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date project cost database.
   

Job Requirements

• Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field).
• 1–3 years of experience in cost control.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project management tools.
