Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized marketing professional to manage and support the company’s marketing, branding, and communication activities across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on all company social media accounts (posting, updates, and engagement).
Publish company projects, announcements, and achievements across social media platforms.
Coordinate content to increase followers and engagement.
Follow up and update the company website (projects, news, images, and basic content).
Coordinate with photographers for project site photography and manage posting afterwards.
Prepare and manage printed materials, including:
Business cards for employees
Company catalogues (printing follow-up, updates, and additions)
Client giveaways and promotional items
Source suppliers and obtain competitive price offers for printing and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline materials.
Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns as required.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Experience in social media management and basic digital marketing.
    Good communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to coordinate with suppliers, designers, and photographers.
    Basic knowledge of website content management.
    Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
