Job Description
- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, facilitating interviews and press releases.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on public perception and media trends.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, corporate events, and stakeholder meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
- Manage crisis communications and provide timely, accurate information to mitigate reputational risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Support executive leadership with communication strategies and talking points for public appearances.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, recommending improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Media Relations, Press Release Writing, and Crisis Communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Experience organizing Press Conferences, Events, and Media Briefings.
- Familiarity with Digital Media Platforms and Social Media Management.
- Strong analytical skills to Monitor Media Coverage and assess PR campaign effectiveness.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
