Job Description

•  Plan , organize and direct all the activities of the cost account Function.
•  Manage day to day operations of existing cost accounting function beginning from how to manage ,assure the accurate costing input  till the monthly close and analysis.
•  Develop new process to drive productivity in the cost accounting function including implementation of CO , ERP system.
•  Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost of the Operation along with supporting analysis.
•  Assist with coordination and deliverables for quarterly review and annual audit performed by internal and external audit.]
•  Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operation managers
•  Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• From 8 to 12 years of experience in cost accounting.
• Experience in Manufacturing is a must (Cement, Steel, Fertilizer, Construction, Heavy Industries or FMCG).
• CMA Certified is a Must.
• SAP or similar ERP systems user.
