Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a STEM/STEAM Instructor focusing on early years education. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering STEM/STEAM-integrated lesson plans suitable for young learners. Responsibilities include guiding children through hands-on activities, fostering curiosity, and adapting teaching methods to meet developmental needs. The role also involves collaborating with fellow educators to create an engaging and innovative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STEM/STEAM concepts and hands-on activities for early childhood learning
• Strong skills in creative problem-solving and adaptability to support individual learning needs
• Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Experience with activity planning and project-based learning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
• Passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children
• Familiarity with STEAM teaching tools and resources
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
