- The purpose of this position is to Provide customer Support
- you maintain contact with our customers and electricity , suppliers, ensuring efficient and excellent communication across all channels ( emails & Outbound phone calls )

Job Requirements
- Fluency in German at B2 or C1 level (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 0 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Alexandria.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
