Job Description
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, veterinary, Science or a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, or business development within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- own personal car for daily transportation
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify business opportunities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
