Job Description

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, veterinary, Science or a related field.
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, or business development within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
  • own personal car for daily transportation
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
