 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and ensure overall efficiency and compliance within real estate development projects and related activities. Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring workflows, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies to streamline processes. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

 Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and mentorship abilities

Expertise in Operations and Operations Management, with experience in overseeing processes and improving efficiencies

Outstanding Analytical Skills with the capacity to assess performance metrics and generate actionable insights

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Experience in real estate development and project management is highly advantageous

Capacity to work on-site and lead operations effectively in Cairo, Egypt
