Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Engineer at Saudi Firmness in Egypt. The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts, reviewing terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving contract disputes. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with stakeholders and supporting project teams in contract management.

Qualifications

· Experience in managing and negotiating contracts

· Knowledge of contract law and regulations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to work well in a team and independently

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Law, or related field

· Professional certification in Contract Management is a plus

· Experience in the construction or oil and gas industry is beneficial

· Experience from 3-5 years in contracts field
