🔍 About the Role:

Teleperformance is looking for an ambitious Junior Finance Analyst to join our team! You’ll support budgeting, reporting, KPI tracking, and financial planning to help guide business decisions.

🧠 What You Will Do:

• Assist in budget prep, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Analyze KPI performance and operational results.

• Support month-end/year-end close activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with teams to improve financial processes.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.

• 1–2 years’ experience in similar role or as an accounts receivable.

• Fluent in English (B2+)

• Strong MS Excel skills (SQL/BI is a plus)

• Strong analytical and time management skills.
