The Role:
This is a 360-degree management role for a self-starter. You will be responsible for building our online presence from scratch using cutting-edge AI tools for visuals, managing social media strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of our physical store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing plan, including content strategy, platform selection, and campaign management.
- AI Visual Creation: Utilize advanced AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop AI) to generate high-end, luxury-standard visuals and campaign assets.
- Content Management: Plan and manage the monthly social media calendar, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
- Execution: Actively manage the production of marketing materials and ensure high-quality execution across all channels.
- Store Management: Oversee the launch and daily operations of the physical store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods.
- AI Proficiency (Must-Have): Expert-level knowledge of AI visual generation tools. You must be able to create professional-grade visuals without relying solely on traditional photoshoots.
- Language: Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken) is a MUST.
- Operational Skills: can manage daily store activities.
- Aesthetic: A strong eye for luxury aesthetics, composition, and detail.
