You’ll leverage your expertise in language, grammar, and transcription to enhance cutting-edge AI technologies, working remotely alongside a team of passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review, edit, and annotate transcripts, ensuring linguistic precision and adherence to project guidelines.
• Train, evaluate, and refine AI speech recognition models by providing detailed feedback and corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve language processing challenges.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards throughout all tasks.
• Document processes and share insights to help improve AI training workflows.
• Proactively communicate issues and suggestions to improve output quality and team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional mastery of grammar, spelling, and language conventions in English.
• Demonstrated experience as a Subtitler, Captioner, Closed Captioning Specialist, Transcriptionist, ASR Post-Editor, or ASR Specialist.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Superior active listening and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and care.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to AI training projects or familiarity with machine learning workflows.
• Experience working with diverse content types and complex subject matter.
• Background in linguistics, language studies, or related fields.
