• The purpose of this position is to Provide customer Support
• you maintain contact with our customers and electricity , suppliers, ensuring efficient and excellent communication across all channels ( emails & Outbound phone calls )

Job Requirements

• Fluency in German at B2 or C1 level (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 0 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in Alexandria.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
