Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer to ensure that our ICT solutions and software products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead quality control initiatives, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for software and ICT solutions.
Conduct thorough testing, inspections, and evaluations of software products before deployment.
Collaborate with development, operations, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze quality metrics and generate detailed reports highlighting defects and improvement areas.
Mentor and guide junior quality control engineers.
Ensure compliance with international standards and company policies.
Recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Monitor corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and prevent recurrence of defects.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, QA, or software testing, preferably in ICT solutions or EdTech.
Strong knowledge of software quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with automated and manual testing tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA management tools.
