Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and IT requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Present and promote PETA Networks’ IT solutions and services to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of product benefits and value propositions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, deployment, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on client needs, market developments, and potential areas for service improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and consultancy offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
