Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Shop Drawing Engineer at Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries in Cairo, Egypt. The Shop Drawing Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for metal products, including doors for industrial, security, and military applications. The role will involve working closely with the engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure the creation of accurate and precise shop drawings.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit / BIM is a must
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience in creating detailed shop drawings for metal products
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering
• Experience in Steel Doors manufacturing or the metal industries is preferred
• Strong Work ethic and discipline to the project deadline Dates
• Ability to work under stress for Urgent projects
• Ability to self learning with minimal Guidance
