Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Director will operate within a highly mature Project Management Office (PMO) framework, ensuring optimal value, stringent compliance, and seamless integration of all complex design, engineering, and construction contracts.
I. Executive Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Strategy Focus)
- Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Design, champion, and execute a cohesive, multi-year procurement and contracting strategy fully integrated with the Program Master Schedule, budget baselines, and advanced technical requirements.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Personally lead and finalize complex, high-value commercial and contractual negotiations with Tier 1 international Main Contractors, Vendors, and Strategic Partners to secure optimal commercial terms and maximum value.
- Global Market Intelligence & Risk: Direct deep global and regional market analysis, anticipating supply chain volatility and geopolitical risks, and developing robust strategies across Tiers 1, 2, and 3 to ensure supply resilience.
- Value Optimization Mandate: Drive a culture of proactive value engineering and cost optimization through innovative contracting models and rigorous commercial appraisal, establishing best-in-class value for the client.
