About Trivers

Trivers is a smart Saudi recruitment platform that combines expert-led recruitment with AI-powered automation to help companies hire faster and smarter—supported by tools like the Referral Tracking System (RTS) and streamlined hiring workflows.



What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment operations through the Trivers platform (job postings, screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate tracking)
  • Follow up with clients on hiring progress, collect feedback, and ensure updates are reflected on the platform
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage client accounts, timelines, and hiring pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters/partners to keep candidates moving smoothly across stages
  • Maintain accurate trackers, meeting notes, and status reporting (daily/weekly)

  • Organized and process-driven: you like workflows, checklists, and clean data (your files don’t look like “Downloads (57)”).
  • Client-friendly mindset: professional, responsive, and solution-oriented

  • Any exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or customer success (internships, student activities, volunteer work).
  • Comfort with CRM/ATS-style tools, spreadsheets, and documentation (Google Workspace/Notion).
  • Interest in HR tech and how platforms improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, with strong follow-through and comfort using trackers (Excel/Google Sheets).
