KalSoft is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Egypt. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing within a professional IT and consulting environment.

Internship Type: Paid
Days: Monday to Friday
This is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Basic proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition
• Ability to work onsite from the Egypt office
