Role Specific Functional Competencies
Sector Knowledge
· Evidence of expert knowledge within a particular recruitment discipline and sector through gaining and sharing of information with internal/external customers, contractors/candidates and clients.
· Strong understanding of technical terms and acronyms, able to discuss technical requirements with clients and contractors
· Attend relevant industry/sector networking events to feedback value added information to grow business and enhance knowledge
· Uses and helps to develop marketing material to promote NES offer
Sourcing Candidates
· Evidence of identifying, registering and marketing best candidates available using external job board licenses, internal CV database, LinkedIn, professional bodies and any other modes to attract candidates.
· Demonstration of sourcing suitable candidates through referrals from other candidates and clients.
· Building credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates
· Proactivity to place candidates - Identify clients and market candidates accordingly.
Recruitment Process
· Effective qualification of job role with evidence of sourcing and placing candidates.
· Successful mobilisation of individuals with smooth issuing of visa and logistic plans as appropriate
· Evidence in maximising opportunities for the company by cross selling departments and candidates sourced throughout the recruitment process.
· Demonstrate the highest standards in database usage, recruitment processes and procedures and general quality compliance
· Ensures 100% compliance for all new starters and promoter NPS scores from clients and candidates.
Account Management
· Management of key client relationships where required on designated accounts, ensuring client and contractor issues are addressed to identify opportunities, improvements and growth on accounts.
