Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies for indirect real estate development to achieve targets.
• Set, monitor, and ensure regional sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing and relevant departments to prepare sales forecasts and plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, implementing plans to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage and support the sales team, including training, development, and motivation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents and distributors, ensuring effective product promotion.
• Oversee customer collections and support achievement of monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and occupational health & safety requirements.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Minimum 10 years in sales management in similar industries (Paints, Cement, Ceramics, Sanitary Ware).
• Experience in companies providing sales and after-sales services is required.
