Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and the Sage Experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates across all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition practices.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment technologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple functions and levels.
  • Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively within an office environment.
