Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and the Sage Experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates across all levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent partners.
- Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment technologies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple functions and levels.
- Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
