Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist at CodeAlpha, located in Al Minufiyah, Egypt. The Mental Health Specialist will provide mental health support through counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention. The role involves assessing clients' mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting individuals through case management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and understanding of Mental Health principles
• A strong background in Psychology and Crisis Intervention techniques
• Experience in Case Management and developing individualized care plans
• Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (required)
• State licensure or certification to practice as a Mental Health Professional (required)
• Previous work experience in mental health services is preferred
