Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role located in Al Fayyum, Egypt. The responsibilities include providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and ensuring legal compliance. The Lawyer will also assist in negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and offering insights on legal strategies to protect client interests. Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Case Analysis
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Drafting, and Dispute Resolution
• Thorough understanding of Legal Compliance and Advocacy
• Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Knowledge of Egyptian legal system and relevant regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor degree; a license to practice law in Egypt is required
• Previous experience in legal practice or a specific area such as corporate, criminal, or civil law is preferred
